Marc has a keen eye for business possibilities. He’s founded and built several businesses — and not just in IT — based on his ability to evaluate strategies and opportunities thoroughly.
He brings that eye for what’s possible to Logicata’s own operations and to our clients.
Marc is inspired by the potential unleashed by AWS’s indestructible and infinitely scalable infrastructure building blocks. Clients find it easy to get onboard with Marc’s enthusiasm for what’s possible. They also appreciate his ability to make work easier through his focus on fostering friendly relationships with other business owners and teams. That ability to build genuine networks also means that Marc always knows the right person to get something done.
Marc’s has an eye for detail, is meticulous in his preparation and refuses to become wedded to a single way of doing things. Clients appreciate these qualities, along with his ability to ask the right questions — and his fearlessness in doing so. It’s a skill he’s applied across many different types of business.
Marc thrives on getting quickly under the skin of a new client and understanding their challenges. He then brings 24 years of experience and a valuable attention to detail to getting to the right — and most strategic — answer.

That means clients need an advisor who can listen to their needs then plot the straightest, fastest and most cost-effective route to the client’s goal. And, at all times, their advisor needs to be looking ahead, seeing the pitfalls and navigating around them.
Adriano’s ability to see the big picture comes from almost 30 years in IT, managing the widest range of scenarios. Adriano has created and led sophisticated enterprise-level SaaS solutions for household names. He’s also frequently called on to translate underlying technical complexity for executive boards.
A skilled communicator — not always a “thing” in IT — Adriano is not only able to visualise the solutions, he’s also able to communicate them, giving clients the confidence they need to press forward.
Adriano still runs multiple distributed software development teams for large clients, but he was drawn to take on the CTO role at Logicata for two reasons. The first was Logicata’s cloud-native paradigm. The second was the company’s commitment to giving advice with integrity, even when that commitment to integrity means saying something that another company might not want to say.
