Value-Added AWS Resell
“We're overpaying for AWS by buying directly”
You buy AWS directly from Amazon. You pay list price. You manage your own billing, support cases, and commitment planning. There's a better way that costs you nothing extra.

Partner-tier pricing, consolidated billing, and expert support. Included.
The same AWS services at the same or better price, with added value: billing management, commitment optimisation, and direct access to our engineering team.
Most businesses buy AWS directly from Amazon because they don’t know there’s an alternative. You sign up, enter a credit card, and pay whatever the bill says each month. The relationship is transactional. You’re a customer number, not a client.
As an Advanced AWS Partner, we offer value-added resell. Same AWS services. Same or better pricing. But with added expertise, billing management, and support that you don’t get buying direct.
Why buy through a partner?
This isn’t a markup. It’s a better commercial relationship. AWS’s partner programme is designed so that customers buying through partners get additional value without additional cost. In many cases, the total cost is lower.
Commitment management. Savings Plans and Reserved Instances are powerful but complex. We analyse your actual usage patterns, procure the right commitments, and review them quarterly. Most businesses save 20%+ compared to on-demand pricing.
Consolidated billing. Clear, itemised invoicing with cost allocation by team, environment, and service. Monthly reports your finance team can read without involving engineering.
Expert support. AWS Business Support handles critical issues well. But for architecture advice, best-practice guidance, and non-urgent troubleshooting, you get direct access to our team of AWS-certified engineers. No ticket queue.
No lock-in
Your AWS account remains yours. Your resources, your data, your intellectual property. The reseller relationship is commercial. You can return to buying direct at any time. But most clients don’t, because the value is real and ongoing.
What's usually in the way
-
Paying on-demand for stable workloads
You know Savings Plans exist but haven't committed because the analysis feels risky. Every month of delay is money left on the table.
-
No billing visibility or cost allocation
AWS invoices arrive as a single number. Breaking costs down by team, service, or environment requires manual work nobody has time for.
-
AWS support is slow for non-critical issues
You have Business Support but most issues aren't 'production down.' General guidance requests take days. Architecture advice isn't included.
What we resolve
-
Savings Plans procured based on your actual usage
We analyse your workload patterns and procure the right commitments. Reviewed quarterly as your needs change. The savings often exceed 20%.
-
Consolidated billing with cost allocation
Clear, itemised billing mapped to your teams and environments. Monthly cost reports that finance can read without asking engineering.
-
Direct access to AWS-certified engineers
Architecture guidance, troubleshooting, and best-practice advice from our team. Not a ticket queue. A conversation with engineers who know AWS.

Frequently asked questions
What does Value-Added AWS Resell mean for our bill?
You get the same AWS services at the same price (or better with consolidated commitment volume), but routed through our AWS partner agreement. Added value: billing analysis, Savings Plans procurement, direct engineering support, and quarterly cost reviews. No extra fee.
How is it free? What's the catch?
There isn't one. AWS pays partner margin to us for managing your account. We pass that benefit on as added services rather than as a discount. AWS still gets paid; you get more for the same money.
What happens to our direct AWS relationship?
You keep it. Your AWS account managers still work with you. Your AWS support tickets still go to AWS for technical issues. We add a layer of UK-based commercial and architectural support on top. We don't remove anything.
Can we still buy Reserved Instances and Savings Plans ourselves?
Yes, but you usually shouldn't. Our analysis tends to be more cautious and more accurate than what teams do internally, because we see usage patterns across many AWS accounts. Most clients hand over commitment planning within the first quarter.
What if we want to move back to direct billing later?
You can. There's no contract lock-in. Your AWS accounts are yours; we just sit on the billing relationship. Most clients stay because the value compounds, but the door's never locked.
Ready to take the next step?
No obligation, just a clear conversation about where you are and what's possible.
